The Foundation Professional Development Training (PDT) Program for Junior Faculty Members of Higher Education in Bangladesh is a comprehensive faculty development course designed to strengthen teaching, learning, assessment, digital pedagogy, classroom communication, research-informed teaching, emotional intelligence, and professional competencies of university teachers. Course Description
This course provides junior faculty members with practical and theoretical knowledge on effective teaching-learning methods, curriculum planning, assessment design, student engagement, educational technology, online teaching, academic professionalism, and classroom management.
