Professional Development Training for Junior Faculty Members

The Professional Development Training (PDT) Program is a comprehensive faculty development initiative designed to enhance the teaching, learning, assessment, research, digital pedagogy, and professional competencies of university teachers. The programme focuses on learner-centered teaching practices, education technology integration, academic leadership, blended learning, quality assurance, and innovative higher education practices to build future-ready educators under the HEAT Project and UTTA framework.
